The McLaren 12C’s name started life as the McLaren MP-12C but was then shortened to ‘McLaren 12c’. The Code 3 versions shown below are the orange C3200 with ‘3rd’ place laurel printed on roof and sides and ‘Roger Barker Slots’ on the bonnet. A 1st and 2nd variant also exists. These were presented to the podium winners of the 2017 IFSCC race at Roger Barker’s A1 Slot Raceway prior to the 2017 NSCC ‘Leeds’ Swap Meet.
The light blue C3327 Police Car is also a Code 3 model released by Steve Cannon at the 2018 Swindon Scalextric Swap Meet.
